This continuity-based program is designed to literally train you to train yourself, step by step, with new exercises, fitness information, and training tips and techniques added to your personal membership level each and every week for a period of 7 months. In other words, I will be training you just as I would if I were personally working with you in a one-on-one setting... one exercise at a time. :-)
